Kyle V. Trieu

Distribution Systems Operator

Kyle is the founder of MainStream Utilities and has been a license Distribution Systems Operator since 2013. He holds a Class 1 Distribution Systems Operator license from the State of Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). Kyle is a member of Florida Rural Water Association also Florida Water and Pollution Control Operators Association (FW&PCOA).

He spent most of his career serving local municipalities within region 7 in Florida. Over his career, Kyle has installed, repaired and maintained water distribution systems including reclaimed water systems ranging from sizes 2” to 36” mains. In addition to working on distribution systems, he is a certified Backflow Prevention and Cross-Connection Control Specialist. Also, he has an extensive amount of knowledge pertaining to water meters. He has completed both Industrial Pipefitter and Meter Repair programs at Pinellas Technical College.
